2 Day Azzaden Valley and Berber Villages Trek.
Transfer from Marrakech to Imlil 1740 m, then Trek up to the top of Tizi Mzik (2489m). Descend to Tamsoulte summer pasture azibs via the Ighouliden Waterfalls. The night will be at the Tamsoulte Refuge.
The following day after breakfast the trek route descends to the Berber village of Tizi Oussem and from Ait Aissa the route climbs through juniper forests to Tizi Oudite: a 2200m mountain pass, then down to the village of Mattat and Aguersioual 1600m. you will be collected there for your transfer to Marrakech.
This trek can also be done in the reverse.
Itinerary:
Day 1: Marrakech transfer to Imlil - Tizi Mzik - Tamsoulte Refuge
Day 2: Tamsoulte - Tizi Oussem - Azzaden Valley - Tizi Oudite - Aguersioual - Transfer to Marrakech
Reverse Program:
Day 1: Marrakech transfer to Aguersioual village (1650m) - Mattat villages and plateau - Oudite pass (2219 m) - Azzaden Valley - Tizi Oussem (1850m) - night in a local house
Day 2: Tizi Oussem (1850m) - Waterfalls of the Toubkal National Park - Tizi Mzik pass (2500 m) - Imlil - Marrakech
